For drives that mount normally and allow stable access.
Tier 2 Recovery β $150
For unstable drives or cases where access is intermittent or limited.
Non-destructive recovery focuses on safely retrieving files from drives that still function at a software level. Physical drive repair, clean-room recovery, or invasive hardware work are not offered.
If recovery isnβt possible using these methods, no data recovery charges apply. Only the $30 diagnostic fee is charged, and next steps will be explained.

Transfers documents, photos, and other personal files to a new computer or external storage device, with basic verification after transfer.
