How long does a repair take?
Most repairs and tune-ups are completed within 1–3 business days. More complex issues may require additional time.
What if the repair isn’t worth it?
If a repair is not cost-effective, this is explained and alternatives are suggested. Only the diagnostic fee is charged if you choose not to proceed.
Can files be recovered?
In many cases yes. While no recovery can be guaranteed, every reasonable effort is made to preserve important data such as documents and photos.
Do you work on desktops and laptops?
Yes — Windows desktops and laptops are fully supported, including upgrades and repairs.
Do you work on Apple/Mac devices or mobile phones?
No — KnowIT All focuses on Windows systems. Apple/Mac devices and mobile phones are not currently supported.
Do you offer on-site visits?
Limited on-site visits may be available for Wi-Fi, networking, and printer issues depending on location and scheduling. Most work is completed from the home workshop.
Is my data private?
Yes. Personal files are only accessed if necessary to complete the requested work and are never shared.
What if I’m not sure my issue is covered?
If you’re unsure, feel free to ask. If it’s not a good match, you’ll be pointed in the right direction rather than left guessing.
